Privacy policy

This policy explains what Replint collects when you visit replint.com or join the waitlist, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: privacy@replint.com.

Who we are

Replint is an AI sales assistant for real estate agents. "Replint", "we" and "us" in this policy mean the team that runs replint.com and the Replint waitlist.

This policy covers the website and the waitlist. When you start using the Replint app, the data you and your leads put into it is covered by your customer agreement and an updated version of this policy.

What we collect

What you give us when you join the waitlist

Your email address.
If you answer the optional questions: your name, brokerage or company, your role, how many leads you get a month, which language your leads write in, and your WhatsApp number.
Whether you agreed that we can contact you on WhatsApp about Replint.
Anything you write to us by email.

What is collected automatically when you visit

Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, uses cookies to record the pages you view and what you do on them: opening a question, reading a section, copying a template, joining the waitlist. It also records your device, browser, approximate location (city level) and the page or ad that sent you.
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and the same events without cookies and without identifying you.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, including your IP address, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and limit repeated sign-ups.
Google Fonts delivers some of the site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Google Ads uses cookies to record that you visited replint.com, so we can measure our ads and show Replint ads to past visitors on Google.

How we use it

To manage the waitlist and contact you about early access to Replint.
To message you on WhatsApp, only if you ticked the box that allows it.
To understand which pages and messages work, so we can improve the site.
To measure our ads: if you arrive from a Google ad, Google may record that visit and whether you joined the waitlist.
To show Replint ads on Google to people who visited the site but have not joined the waitlist yet.
To keep the site secure and stop spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the details you give us for anything other than Replint.

We use a few service providers to run the site. They process data for us under their own terms and privacy policies:

Vercel: hosting, server logs and Web Analytics.
Resend: delivers the waitlist confirmation email and sends your sign-up to our team.
Google: Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts and Ads.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details: until you ask us to delete them, or once we no longer need them for early access.
Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Server logs: a few days to a few weeks, depending on the provider.

Your choices and rights

Access, correction and deletion. Email privacy@replint.com and we will send you a copy of your data, fix it or delete it. We answer within 30 days.
Stop hearing from us. Reply to any email we send, or tell us on WhatsApp, and we will stop.
Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Ads. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's ad settings.
Where you live may give you more rights. Residents of California and other US states, and visitors from the EU and UK, can ask to access, correct, delete or move their data and object to some uses of it. We honor those requests from anyone, wherever they live. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security and where data is stored

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. Our providers store data in the United States and other countries, and use standard safeguards when data moves between countries. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information we did not ask for.

Children

Replint is a business tool for real estate professionals. The site is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters for how we use your details, we will tell people on the waitlist by email.
