Replint vs Structurely: which AI assistant fits Spanish-speaking WhatsApp leads?

An honest comparison of Structurely and Replint for real estate teams with Hispanic and international buyers: channels, Spanish, WhatsApp, integrations, pricing and when each one is the better choice.

Disclosure: we make Replint, so we have a stake in this comparison. We have tried to be fair: everything about Structurely below comes from its own website and help center, linked where it appears, and was checked on October 26, 2026. Where Structurely is the better choice, we say so.

The short version

Structurely is a mature, multichannel conversational AI platform. It talks to leads by voice, SMS, RCS, email and chat, handles Spanish out of the box, does live transfers and integrates with Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce and others. It is a strong choice if your leads come in by text and phone and you want voice calls.

Replint is a newer assistant built for one situation: buyers who write to you on WhatsApp, in English or Spanish. It works on your own WhatsApp number, fills in a buyer profile as it talks, and is set up by the agent in about 15 minutes. It is in early access.

If your leads arrive by SMS from portals, start with Structurely. If they arrive in WhatsApp, from click-to-WhatsApp ads or from abroad, that is the gap Replint is built for.

Where Structurely is stronger

  • Voice. Structurely can call leads and transfer live conversations to your team. Replint does not make calls.
  • Integrations today. If your team runs on Follow Up Boss or a big CRM, Structurely plugs in now. Replint starts with CSV import and export.
  • Track record. Structurely has years of real estate conversations behind it. Replint is new.
  • SMS-first lead sources. Portal leads usually arrive as a phone number and a text. That is Structurely's home turf.

Example: a Spanish-speaking leadWhatsApp
  1. Hola, ¿el de 2 habitaciones acepta mascotas? Y ¿puedo comprar con préstamo siendo extranjero?Hi, does the 2-bedroom allow pets? And can I buy with a loan as a foreigner?
  2. ¡Hola! Sí, el edificio acepta mascotas pequeñas. Sobre el préstamo para extranjeros, le pido a Daniela, tu agente, que te recomiende opciones. ¿Cuándo te gustaría mudarte?ReplintHi! Yes, the building allows small pets. For the foreign national loan, I'll ask Daniela, your agent, to recommend options. When would you like to move?
  3. Financing question · draft and alert sent to Daniela
  • WhatsApp is the channel, not an add-on. Replint answers on the WhatsApp number your buyers already message. For Hispanic and international buyers that matters, and buyers abroad often use nothing else.
  • A buyer profile, not just a transcript. As it talks, Replint records purpose, budget, financing, timeline and area in the lead's own words, tags each lead and scores it, so you can filter your pool later.
  • Smart drafts instead of guesses. When a lead asks something Replint cannot verify from your listings, or brings up negotiation, legal or visa questions, it writes a draft for you and sends an alert instead of improvising.
  • WhatsApp outreach to past leads. An optional add-on sends new listings and price drops to leads who opted in, written for each lead and paced to protect your number.
  • Set it up yourself. Import your website, listings or PDFs, test it as a buyer, scan a QR code and you are live.

Which one should you choose?

Choose Structurely if:

  • most leads reach you as SMS or phone calls from portals or your website,
  • you want AI voice calls and live transfers,
  • you need a CRM integration on day one.

Choose Replint if:

  • your buyers write to you on WhatsApp, from click-to-WhatsApp ads, referrals or abroad,
  • many of them write in Spanish,
  • you want to keep using your own WhatsApp number and step into any chat yourself,
  • you are comfortable joining a product in early access.

Some teams will want both: an SMS and voice assistant for portal leads, and a WhatsApp assistant for ad and international leads.

Questions to ask in any demo

Whichever tool you try, put it through a real test before you sign:

  1. Write to it in Spanish the way your buyers do, with "usted", regional words and a switch to English halfway through.
  2. Ask a question that is not in your listings. Does it make something up, or hand it to you?
  3. Ask about a foreign national loan or a visa. Does it stay in its lane?
  4. Go quiet for a day. What does the follow-up look like?
  5. Ask how opt-outs and consent are recorded.

If you sell to buyers who live on WhatsApp, you can join the Replint waitlist and run these tests yourself when your access opens.
